It can take up to 20 weeks to fully assess and decide on an application, depending upon the size and complexity of the request and the timing of the application, but it will usually be much quicker. The Lecture Capture team will assess the request, taking into consideration how the space is used, the compatibility of the existing infrastructure and the availability of local support, if applicable. If your department or institution wishes to have Lecture Capture installed or to add a space to an existing Lecture Capture provision, please complete the Lecture Capture Request Form, providing as much detail as possible.
